The Mikat is a purpose built, well appointed 20 metre Aluminium Catamaran powered by twin 650hp Detroit Diesels to give a very comfortable cruise speed of 15k, so less travelling time and more fishing. Being a catamaran with a beam of 7 metres it is a very stable platform for fishing and with USL 1 B Survey, we have the capability to do extended cruises to the very remote reefs, islands and cays in the Coral Sea.
